This two is very tight as I review them both but Ethereum was very trusted in the first place. As far as I know Ethereum was the first to be established that Waves so maybe because of the trust people given into the system why they choosing to. In the other hand Waves also have a good system and exterior maybe because it is not popular thats why people not primarily support this system but truly it is a good system though.

For needs in the near future, I will prioritize ETH for investment. I admit that Waves has a pretty good potential in developing, but the prospect is still long enough to be a big coin so that he is included in the long-term investment allocation that cannot be relied on to generate profits in the near future.

Both projects can make a profit. But I think that ETH is stronger and more reliable. Now the price of this coin is very attractive. Maybe I'll buy ETH again.

Yes, maybe this opinion is true, with the rise of the waves, the next ethereum will grow, but do not fully believe the opinions of people that have not been proven. I still believe in the ethereum coin until now despite being very badly priced, and to choose waves or ethereum I think it is more potentially ethereum even though waves are also good quality coins.

It seems to me that this comparison with different weight categories. First of all, we must take into account the capitalization of the project. If the capitalization of two projects is approximately equal, they can be compared. But how can you compare projects that have a capitalization difference of more than 20$ billion?

Ethereum has proved itself over the years as a top notch altcoin with its smart contract and since then ethereum has been the best altcoin. Although Waves platform is also a great and a good platform on blockchain but to some extent ethereum still sit at the top of all altcoins.

While Ethereum is most welcome widely used for smart contracts, I believe waves has more room to grow in the future than ethereum, price is a mere 2$ for the same supply with ETH

Waves a good project, it can be good for investment, but Waves stronger than ETH is stupid.

As of now, I think it will become true in part of waves since ethereum is really moving down. When a certain coin moves down, definitely the demand from it is losing. Waves will be the next for ethereum and ERC20 token will have conflict because ETH may decline anytime.

There is a lot of talk about other protocols  over taking ETH like EOS,Waves and in the past NEO but in the reality ETH is dominant and there is very little support for other protocols. Possibly the last ETH crash will induce more usage of other protocols.
