No auction. Whatever tokens are left will be sold on Livecoin.net with the same price structure. Below are the stages for it:

Stage 1 investment cap = $120,000 (Price $0.008/WiC)
Stage 2 investment cap = $240,000 (Price $0.012/WiC)
Stage 3 investment cap = $450,000 (Price $0.018/WiC)
Stage 4 investment cap = $550,000 (Price $0.022/WiC)
Stage 5 investment cap = $120,000 (Price $0.024/WiC)

So for example, if the presale receives an investment of $120,000 and the first stage is sold out, the Token Sale will begin from Stage 2 with a price of $0.012/WiC.

Will anyone be able to buy a shitload of tokens at livecoin? Or is this capped per user minute.. hour?! 

Could be kind of a joke and i don't know if what i am saying is really true so take it as a joke ^^ If we will be able to  access to the internet everywhere via wifi it could be such a good thing, because all the 3G/4G network will become useless. And if such a network become useless it means that to have access to the internet we will need that someone share its network. So... if everybody can have access to the net just thanks to someone and, this person will reward the person that shares its connection. What i want to say is that with blockchain all the things that we have and all the things that we do can make us win because its give something to someone else. In such a world if i win because i give and if he wins because he gives, we could live all together for the eternity and why not ? The money will disappear. Is it not all about blockchain ?
