I don't know abut coss.io and open ledger but beside livecoin other exchanges listed i know: etherdelta, cryptodao and coinexchange are too small for  such a big project.

If I buy tokens in three different orders - should I get additional 5% for second and third order? As a 'former investor'.
Or what?
When and for whom these 5% will be distributed?

I honestly hope this project is successful. Even if you have a 4LTE connection on your phone, if your actively mobile, you're bound to reach a dead zone sooner or later. With this app, if you're stationary for a period of time, connecting to a WIC hotspot will really come in handy. This will open a lot of doors, spreading internet access to remote locations across the world (if successful).
