The source of that article is highly uninformed, if not an outright liar. All in all it looks like a major Ethereum shareholder wrote it. Technical analysis often does not work as most price action is the result of news....a lot of it unexpected news. There are not 50 million tokens in the hands of the NEO team and they will not all be unlocked in a few days time. The complete breakdown is I believe also denoted in the whitepaper, so you might do well to read through it. The NEO team and other developers will get 10 million NEO tokens at most over the entire lifetime of the project. The other 40 million will be used in various ways to grow the project. 15 million tokens will be released every year at most and Da Hongfei already stated that it likely would be less this year due to the price of NEO. Ethereum had a similar inflation initially from the mining on the network alone and with nothing else to show for it, so all in all NEO does provide significant value in that sense. Conveniently the author of the article left out all the positive news such as that RPX will be the first ICO launching soon or that NEO will likely have at least 10 DApps running on its network in November. What would that do to the price?

In my opinion it is better to wait until it drops more and you can get even more NEO for the same amount spent. I have the feeling it will drop a bit more before it goes up again

In the OP, the link for the PC wallet isn't working.

I have a similar problem, but only on one PC, two others are working fine and downloading correctly. I still can't locate the problem on the first computer, try another PC or VM if you have one.

Now that will be especially good news for NEO/GAS and all of crypto once official.

this is definitely promising news, if it is real that is.  Makes sense though that they just wanted to be able to get the proper KYC and AML in place rather than the criminal market they had before.
