Never was true! Transaction fees from Neo-Blockchain is ZERO.

Only because NEO is not dividable you have to send amount of NEO including the transactionfee of exchange platform which you use in order not to lose one NEO.

Some market have increased more than 1000% in this year. They need correction and consolidation after this much rise to maintain and sustain all the gains they saw during last months. NEO is establishing floor just like some other if you watch them all will see common changes for this period of time. Next year will bring new excitements till then hold or trade is up to you.
