Can you please give us a date for the exchanges? 2 days, 5 days, 10 days?
The team added this coin at mercatox and HitBTC. Currently only that but i think they will add this coin to big exchange as soon as possible. You can check exchange list for CND token on coinmarketcap. Here it's :

I am waiting for a more prominent market as well. I just hope that BITTREX will soon list CND tokens to their exchange coz the volume there is huge.
Currently, Bittrex exchange has many troubles and problems about the security account, verify, withdraw money, support ... like Poloniex exchange. In my opinion, we should to be patient more and wait the devs of Bittrex exchange solved all these cases.
