I got an invite for tier 2 & 3 and that's how I did it:
Based on 2 applications per tier, I applied with 8 different emails, 8 different locations (VPN) and fake stories every simgle time.
For tier 2, one application was totally crap with a low level of investment ($1000) and another application stating how much I cared about their ICO/company bla-bla-bla and a high level of investment ($150000)
Guess which one won? Same for tier 3... the highest bid only got accepted ($278000 vs $5000)
Based on these results and for the sudden change of strategy in their ICO, I decided not to invest anymore... Beside, their level of customer service on bitcointalk is just crap... full of grammatical mistakes and calling prospective investors "dishonest" doesn't sound right from a Russian team.
Someone is really off their meds. And what grammatical mistakes?
The thing with accusations is you'll have to provide irrefutable proofs and evidence to back up your claim. This is not the 90s. Electronic paper trails and digital footprints are everywhere. Why don't you provide your evidence alongside transaction ids, links to quoted accusations, and communique for the community?
