Im having trouble accessing my Stake account after I logout. First my balance was keep displaying zero despite I have balance and can play games with my balance updated. Only the main balance when homepage always turns to zero.
Right now I cant access my account displaying an error as shown on the screenshot. Anyone can verify if you experience the same issue?
Any luck, are you able to access your account now, about the balance not reflecting accurately I think you should give that sometimes, and even you log in try give it some cool off time and then try again through another browser that is updated to recent version, sometimes it helps too, but sure thing is you gona have access to your account in the end, the only issue a face with stake sometimes is verification each time I visit the site.
DDOS verification, otherwise known as Cloudflare human verification is a general thing (I won't call it or refer to it as an issue) we all face when ever we try to login into our stake account, this is usually to verify that we are not bots or that the user is not making use of a bot to access the account, and this helps the casino to avoid getting DDOS attack and whatever it's referred to as, so this I consider as a normal security protocol and not really an issue as you referred to it as.
And concerning the other user who is or was unable to access his account, I would also love to know what the new update is, this shouldnt be a serious issue since we have alot of stakes customer support working to ensure customers satisfaction playing on the casino, he or she can contact and have a chat with the on site customer support so that they can look into what is happening to his account, for as for me, I've been logging in on my account almost everyday, I've never experienced any issues like that.
