Either the one making complaints is the hacker while the account is dormant for so long or the victim avail a 3rd party KYC service that cause him to not be able to recover his account easily using his own ID.

Stake support is not dumb to check the account and declined the real owner KYC verification after submitting ID. I read the issue on the separate thread and until I’m still confused on why will hacker use someone account to deposit and play.

no, it dosnt look like i am going to get back the account. stake is siding the hacker. they have stopped responding to me. they are asking me to show screenshots of transactions made by the hacker. they said if i cant show those screenshots from my wallet, they wont respond to me again. this looks like stake fraud team has been infiltrated or not properly trained.
this clearly means that the id verification we were asked to do is useless. if you are a hacker, all you need to do is hack a high profile account, make deposits and withdrawals and the account is yours indefinitely.

this is very poor service from stake. the hacker claimed my level up bonus, claimed my weekly bonus, claimed my reloads and my monthly bonus.

I believe Stake is professional enough in this kind of problem and I think Stake is aware enough once there is an account which is reported to be hacked/compromised as logically the account would have changed the password at least.
In this case, I think Stake will not ask a proof from the original owner something which is impossible to provide by the original owner.
What I can speculate here is that Stake do not see that the account is compromised, that's why Stake asked for a proof of the recent transaction made by the account.
By the way, there is better way to prove ownership of an account in Stake since all account should be at least KYC level 2 verified, so maybe above user may try to ask Stake to have KYC proof.

You see, this is what is common with most of the affected gamblers, once they abuse the system and go against the normal standards, then we see them appear here to lay complaints about their gambling experience on a particular platform, this may not be on stake alone, but any other.

For us to have heard of an issue form a user and not able to see proofs and possibly hear from the other end may be a biased judgement from us, because not everybody claiming rights were always right, they would have violated the rules and neglect a strict adherence to comply upon request on proving their identity under kyc and some other things related.

Banning for inactivity is hilarious as if your dormant account is costing them any money lol. Whats next? a negative account balance lol or perhaps daily interest on not showing up every day hahaha.
Jokes aside, are you sure you got banned for inactivity or there are other reasons like you ask for account closure or unknowingly made a second account.
