LAToken exchange's representative is not active here anymore. If the purpose of these posts with unresolved issues is to aware others with what's going on that is appreciable. If you are trying to reach support or seeking help via this forum then that is not good place. Few post above mine someone has also indicated reaching out to support using correct channel may make things faster. I never used this exchange or any newly launched and prefer to stay with old tested exchanges.

My account in Latoken is suspended since 12-Dec-2018. In 01-Jan-2019 I found it out and created a support ticket. They answered that I need to read rules of Latoken exchange and that explanation will be sent later. Week later I openened another ticket - still the same. Untill 17-Jan-2019 I have not received any explanation why account was suspended. Only reason I can imagine is the last trade - I bought and sold small amounts of RMT. That is because of Airdrop which was less then minimal sale.
Most bad about it was that no e-mail was sent of account being suspended on 12-Dec-2018. I found it out myself. And if account was suspended than reason should be recorded somewhere to present customer. So to me it looks bad customer service. I would like to say worst I have seen.

Telegram will not resolve opened tickets. I already discussed there. Usual words "I will pass this to team" I simple warned to be very cautious with this exchange. As account becomes suspended for nothing and nobody is solving this.

I think that many ICOs are not ready to pay a lot of money to top exchanges and therefore they convince their investors that Latoken is a good exchange (I think that listing is not expensive or free). All traders see that there are fake volumes on this exchange. And I think that many people do not want to work with these exchanges because Kyc needs to pass if you want to withdraw more than 1000 dollars.

I just wish that LATOKEN platform was better than just some basic functions

Hi, I see that most of post-ICO tokens are firstly listed on LaToken. So, I think that it is because you have the lowest fees for exchange listing, right? Could you kindly provide how much does it cost to list token on your platform?

Is there a way to cancel a transfer between funds (via email)?
They said I should wait 7 days, I know it was my mistake, but it is a transfer that does not have to be made.

yes I know it is a little annoying but I hope that it will not happen again, but I always think positively about their site may not have enough teams to solve every problem from other users, so the ticket piles up in it, so I hope in the future front they can respond quickly to problems from their users
