I think 25k users in the whitelist that buys at least 20k usd (2M) tokens each is not even possible. Tokens costs 0.01 $ each so 20k usd it's 2M tokens.

I don't think the reward points had a major impact on the number of joiners in the group because I've seen other telegram groups with huge rewards for joining has big following but not as big as Refereum's.

Don't most ICOs offer a bounty to join their Telegram group? If people don't know about Referum they'll probably learn it and be part of it. Besides Referum will reward users when they do certain tasks, I don't think people would wanna leave.
