It looks like someone using the ETH blockchain to share his referral code around. Your wallet isn't compromised, every ETH address is publicly showed on any block explorer. Years back people used to send 0.00000001 BTC transactions to every address with a message attached on it, as to reach a wide audience for a small tx fee.
he has been identify, he said it was intended as a joke for a a few users , and did not expect to propagate so fast to 700k addresses . Anyhow he is in progress of fixing it .

Hey guys. Once the tokens have fully removed from everyone's balance and I know it's finally done with I'm going to leave the Refereum community. What I done was selfish, immature and stupid. I'm really sorry if you received a token with my Refereum referral link. I really am. When I first done this I thought it was harmless fun and then when I woke up the next day i realized that what I done was stupid. I have been panicking trying to remove from everyone's but it seems like Etherscan is taking forever to slowly remove it. I wish I could make it go faster but I can't. I have high hopes for the future for Refereum. It's great community and there's great people part of it, and I'm glad that I took part in the discussions and bringing ideas to the table with you all. The Refereum team is full of friendly and smart people and they will make this project a success and so will the community. I think it's for the best that I do not take part anymore. I feel like I have tarnished Refereum by smearing my referral link everywhere. The damage is done and I can't repair it. If I could go back in time and change it, I would. Thanks for letting me take part. Sorry.
