No you are not required to disclose the value and content of the package to the vendor asides the common information such as types of goods,  size, weight and source.

These information will be communicated when sending it as a confidential note to the LWF staff who respects the privacy of both parties would not disclose this information unless disputes or other requirements arises, then the data, value of the package & contents will be provided to the authorities.
