I have old GUI wallet and only syncronizing 60002 60747 then 60002 60002 and back to new 60002 60753...
Support says

and when asked didn't received reply about need of GUI wallet update... so any of you can help ?
GUI wallet doesn't require update, but why is not syncing anymore since 30.12 ?
* I installed and open new mandatory update, run kmcoind.exe and crashes
