Honestly at the end of the day a ticker is not a big deal. We should try to get Coinmarketcap ticker first. If we can get that, they will have to change.
But if they get it first, it's really not an issue. So what if we have to change the ticker? The three letters used to identify it doesn't affect the value of the coin at all.
So lets try to be first to coinmarketcap, but if we don't get it, it literally does not matter at all.

feels really unfair. @tr4nscr1pt Has been working his butt of on KMC building the coin and building up it's name. It doesn't seem right that someone else can try to claim it when it's already on an exchange.
Hopefully, like you said, we'll make it to cmc first and that will be the end of the problem.
