I think it takes a very long time. this is a long term project. otherwise it takes a huge cost. we wait whether it can be done or not. I think you should make an experiment in a country. if successful it will be more widely recognized by the community.

I would be interested to know how this may be picked up by institutional interests of the technology.  For example, maybe college campuses or other businesses that have to have wifi anyways will monetize as an alternate revenue stream.
