Have you considered limitations of regular home routers? Or If I want to participate in it, do I need industrial router with huge range?

The idea is good but hard to implement. But if you do a hard job then you will dash.

I think that you should also consider additional incentives other than ads. Not all people like them especially if they know that this is just an "ad". I hope you could think more like surveys, voting for something, pettty tasks etc

maybe it could be from various devoleper network providers certainly do not support projects like this but I really hope a project like this can become a reality happening in today's world.
