I think it is that hard for them to give a date. Before the stunt they probably had some preliminary deal with a top exchange. After the stunt the exchanges may want more guarantees, they may want to have access to the books, and they may also want more money which leads to lengthy negotiations.

I also think that they are currently in negotiations and themselves don't know an exact date. Imagine they give a date and can't keep it, next promise broken...

If they need to negotiate it already would indicate a broken promise, because they've announced the Top5 as "secured" - a few days before end of their ICO in March.

That is not about racism please think with right way all Germans are not same we can see these kind of people everywhere. That's really strange what is happening so many people complaining about this issue it seems some people got access to their database and this caused to that problem. We need clarification for this issue what is reason why people getting these codes on their personal numbers.
