It depends what you are looking for and how you are comparing them, its all relative, for example Monero has been around for so much longer so has had a greater timeframe to build up supporters of it and therefore a much higher market cap and in turn price but looking at features, speed of tx and tx fees you could easily argue that DeepOnion wins on at least 2 of those if not all three of them it is just not as well known currently.

DeepOnion is far way the most promising privacy coin, indeed there are many others, none has the same community
