Yes, the rating is really high, but do not forget about the main PR project, even despite the high rating, PR in social networks and articles in different journals need to continue!

KELPER is interesting project. i think would be nice if they have done token sale in phases for each individual phases as they build platform. I still like and looking forward to join.

It looks that they are going to have some help from the goverment.

I also remember reading on this thread that they already have some private investors guaranteed.

The land is given them by government for free i guess, i remember sth. like that. and they will be some tax incentives for the company in upcoming years.

4.9, amazing! Neither can I recall such a high rating for a project. You're right, I think icobench is a source for many investors to find promising ICOs and with this rating Kepler for sure will attract many investors.

You probably chose the wrong way. If you need to apply for something in the project, there are google forms to do that. Read the first post

What is fantastic about it really is we already got 4.9 out 5 with basically almost zero PR campaign. We are yet to start a massive PR campaign in Feb.15 how's that for a shocker?  haha
