I advise you to put an ad to coincapmarket. I was watching an ico which was having difficult times to raise some funds. And they put an ad to coincapmarket and boom, they reached the hard cap in a week.

The fact that Facebook has banned advertising crypto currency - this will only make it worse for the facebook itself. I also heard that Medium blocks articles about crypto-currencies. But there is Twitter, where there are a lot more users. Now there is a planned pressure on crypto-currencies. Every day a stream of negative news, some speculation, rumors. Obviously this is all planned and done intentionally. And, interestingly, on the weekend the flow of fud is suspended, it's just ridiculous.

KELPER project is big undertaking with large hard cap requirement. I think we need more marketing efforts to reach out to community. 

Yes, Kepler team is thinking big, it's really a huge project but they said they plan a just as huge PR and marketing campaign.

They really need to.gain the trust of the investors and show they can really make this happen.
