I don't really know how to explain it. I broke no rule worthey of a permanent suspension. The only rule I've ever broken on the site was when I asked for a tip outside of spam channel after I ripped all my bits. After I did that I got a mute and I payed its bail off. I haven't broken another rule other than that. The only explanation is that I was pissed off when I lost everything and while I was waiting for another deposit to go in, said something like "I lost my life savings" or something stupid. He most probably banned me out of the fact that he truthfully thinks I'm an addict who spent my life savings, when in actuality I just want some more entertainment.

I low-key think you banned me cus I was robbing your site at my peak

Can you atleast make sure my current accounts email (swordskiller1@gmail.com) Isn't blocked so I can ask you something privately then?

Buddy its not your fault, just Dan beginning his project of soon exit-scamming but before that he need get rip of his projects, so there will be less noise, if you want know more, leave your telegram or discord, i will explain with proofs of that, i was shocked too.

Daniel you're being fucking annoying now

"He clearly has an unhealthy relationship with gambling, I'm just being ethical" Nah you're being annoying taking my entertainment away.
How exactly do you want me to prove I'm fine with gambling? Do you want to get in a call? Do you want to see my bank statements to see that I'm financially sound? Because I can do both for you right now buddy

How can you base your speculation of my relationship with gambling solely on me asking to be unbanned?

Admittedly me saying "He banned me because I was winning too much" was stupid, I did win a lot though before raining the majority of the fortune onto strangers

I never claimed to be underaged, I never asked for my account to be locked, I never claimed that I was playing from a prohibited jurisdiction. He banned me soleley on his own judgement which is why its fucking annoying because for some reason he thinks his judgement is always accurate, in which it isn't in my case. I just play for fun, I play in my spare time to cure my boredom and no other reason.

Devans,

To my knowledge, the only possible ways to get permanently locked from betting are the following: Claiming that you’re underage, claiming that you have a gambling problem, claiming that you are playing from a prohibited jurisdiction, or your own judgement.

In this case, I did not claim to be underage, I never claimed to have a gambling problem, I’ve also never claimed that I played from a prohibited jurisdiction.

I said the sentence “I lost my savings here” after losing some of my profit. I never actually lost my savings, I thought that was quite obvious being as I only lost around £2k. I can actually prove that I’m financially stable by showing bank statements if that's what I have to do.

You banned me solely on your own judgement, making it quite egotistical of you to be so stubborn on your decision as you believe your judgement is always accurate, which this case is proven not to be.

I play only for entertainment, only to have fun and to cure my boredom. I’m aware that gambling is a platform for entertainment and not a means of making money. I can prove to you that I don’t have a problem by showing my BTC transaction history and bank statements. Just get back to me and I’ll send the proof. Or just be realistic and revoke my ban.

Just unban Perplex123 and let me have my fun.

Devans says he doesn't read here regularly, so the most sensible thing to do would be to contact him via support form. He should answer you as soon as possible and explain why the account was banned. The single "I lost my savings here" statement will hardly be it, similar things can be read regularly in the chat, even if they are mostly - just like in your case - of course not meant seriously.

It's on the help tab. https://www.bustabit.com/help/contact
That's where you can put your message about what has happened to your account and all the explanation that you need to provide to them. As it's instructing, log in first before sending the message.

I honestly absolutely do not think devans banned him for a single statement in chat. Many portals would have no users left in no time. Such statements or curses and insults are actually read daily in the chat boxes.

What is the actual reason is also certainly not a topic that is discussed or should be discussed here in the forum, we showed him how he can contact devans directly, this should be enough to get the problem Adressen and maybe even solved.
