Baseball bats kill people.

Quite a few things kill people.

So Bill Gates is correct if he said  cryptocurrency can be used to kill people.

Bill Gates might have some point in what he says but is he gonna pay for our daily needs if in any case we depart from cryptocurrency? He is killing the cryptocurrency because he know he will have little profit if many people will get rich and buy on other software other than microsoft. He is afraid that people will get rich in just a matter of time unlike the time when become what he is right now where he has to do hard work to achieve his riches. Dont get caught in this FUD and stop doing crypto because you will regret in your whole life that you did not get into cryptocurrency.

I have slightly different opinion in this matter, I believe that there should be some form of efforts from the government's side to make sure that cryptocurrencies are used in a right manner within the country, I agree that we see bloodbath in the crypto market regularly but again, it is all about risk factor of the trader, if he is not comfortable with it then he should not get in to it, it doesn't make any sense to blame water if you don't know how to swim.

Yes crypto currency is used by criminals. knifes kill people. Drinking too much water kills you. There are many things that can be used to kill people but how bad is the issue and is it enough of a problem to bad the thing being used to kill.
