I have to change my position on CloudBet for the time being. I previously wrote a good review on here, however, I am not happy with an incident that occurred yesterday. I am a fairly large player, having moved approx 150+ BTC's through CloudBet over the last week or two. Most of my play is on the live blackjack tables; where i play around 2-5 BTC per hand.
Yesterday, I had a 5 BTC hand playing when suddenly the server went down. The servers went down for approximately 20 minutes, with an Error 540...redirecting to CloudFlare landing page. During this time; I had a soft 13 against a dealer 10. This was an obvious hit situation, however, I was unable to do anything with the hand. Since the live video gaming is outsourced presumably via an API connection, the 'live game' view my inaction as a stay, and once I was finally able to return to the game (20 minutes later), I ofcourse lost.
I contacted CloudBet who gave the typical 'We will look into it'. The prudent thing to do would be to simply forfeit the hand and return my bet. The issue wit h the servers was on their end, not mine - as the error 540 cloudflare error page indicates. I have yet to hear from CloudBet and or see the return of my bet. I will keep you all posted. Until then, I will no longer be playing on CloudBet and urge you all to consider carefully.
Thanks for sharing your experience . There is also a scam accusation thread going on with other issues on Cloudbet.
https://bt.irlbtc.com/view/819311.msg9186446#msg9186446 I was also a victim to an error from Cloudbet and was not refunded for it. But now it seems a lot of people are having issues.
