That is really shocking to see. Have you emailed support ?
I can't comment on the legitimacy of that image without hearing the other side. You can try starting a scam accusation if what you say actually happened.

You should consider starting a thread about it. I just also saw a post on the redditbitcoin

with someone not paid out for a contest that cloudbet hosted. If cloudbet is run by an individual, then that might be one reason for all the delays. But cancelling a bet is still not right.

Cloudbet offers very high odds(very low 5% margin) to attract gamblers, but they have bad supports, cancelling bets, modified bets, damn it is not a nice thing, they can be best but they don't wanna be. Roll Eyes

Did you notice some terms say about retired result is cancelled or refunded? I am sure if Frances won without opponent retired, you must be get paid, but IMO they may have some terms about retire, some casinos would cancel/refund the bets of retired, walkover.

BTW, you bet 0.7 btc on ITF match? Wow you are soooo brave... Or it is 0.7mbtc, correct me if I am wrong.
