@gosha@e-coin, You're right, internal investigations mostly take a couple of days at most, depending on the case. A betting integrity investigation is not an internal one conducted solely by our investigations team, therefore we have to work with timescales provided to us by other parties.
A betting integrity investigation is conducted by such third parties, their job is to identify and reduce the risks to betting and sports being corrupted. This includes; players betting on their own sports, event manipulation for betting purposes (cheating), corrupt approaches, misuse of inside information and much more.
Investigations of the sort are not conducted by Cloudbet, our duty is to comply with these requests. Once the investigation is concluded and we are able to release the funds, if the event has not been deemed as fixed, we do so right away and inform the player.

I've looked into this for you with the Support team, and I can see that the bet has been settled correctly as a win. Unfortunately, at times the system grades bets incorrectly, but as it's automatic, we must wait for the assistance of the Sports team in such cases for the manual settlements.
We are completely aware of the frustration it might cause when a bet becomes settled but is not correct, however, all of these bets will be thoroughly looked into, graded accurately in line with our Sportsbook rules and according to the official confirmation of the results.
Phone number confirmation is a standard account verification process that most of our players do, this is sometimes requested to be completed by our player safety team prior to withdrawals being processed. Completing the phone verification also grants you access to a wide range of our promotions.
After looking into the conversation you've recently had with our agents, I can confirm, that we haven't informed you about the transaction being sent. The relevant team informed you, that the transaction is currently pending and will be processed shortly.
Apologies for the delay in processing your transaction, however, it can take a little longer at times when we receive numerous requests at once, but I can assure you, the withdrawal will be processed very soon.
We aren't able to provide transaction ID's of transactions that are currently pending, as at that stage the withdrawals did not reach Blockchain yet, therefore there is no transaction hash of the transaction.
Please, just make sure that your photos are clear and you wont get any responses about the quality, Ill follow the case and see if we can expedite the document verification for you.
