Why is no one at cloudbet answering live chat... Been on hold for an hour and lifeless.

Cloudbet support doesn’t even respond after they do people dirty.. not a crazy amount of money so I won’t go crazy but the disrespect is what hurts as a loyal customer. Now they graded 2 of my 4 bets wins but haven’t changed my negative balance

Yea I withdraw almost double that amount last week with little problems (18 hour wait) but this time idk no one on there side can give me an answer. This is after it took 24 hours to grade my bets correctly. I don’t understand how u grade it wrong, I wait 24 hours to get it graded correctly then hold my withdrawl for 3 days and then grade my winning bets pushes.

I will be posting screen shots later, molly just left my live chat without saying anything or helping.. I’m gonna show every what type of company they are dealing with

Yes he did pm me earlier, I’ll give them time but theses bets are from Sunday. Just a little worried no one can tell me anything.
