I have that issue here and at some other websites including at least one non-sportsbook.
It can be an unpleasant surprise when one rushes to get a bet in and finds out that one is logged out, although the screen appears as if all is well.
Other websites will change the page when that occurs and make it visibly evident that one is logged out.
One other issue with Nitrogen is that login takes 25 seconds, the slowest book for that, and it prevents me from performing any other functions on the computer until it completes.
Rebooting did get me back to the site yesterday, no idea what caused the problem but that was I think the first time I've had that issue with either the site or my computer and the site.
Yeah, I feel like I've seen that blue "you have been logged out due to inactivity" box pop up in the past, but not recently. Maybe it's something they can look into.
Also maybe something you can look into, but I'm on a very cheap/slow laptop and logging in takes me maybe 2-3 seconds. 25 every time sounds obnoxiously slow.

It is obnoxiously slow, but your post makes it clear that it's not the Nitrogen site that is the main problem.
I use a password keeper. When I visit a website a link appears on my browser's toolbar and I click that.
Normally works fast and smoothly but for some reason the interaction between the app and the Nitro site takes 25 seconds.
