Hey there!

The majority of our withdrawals are subject to a manual review, however, most of them are processed in under 5 minutes.
Feel free to send me a DM if you have other questions, I'd be happy to answer them!

Alex

Sounds cool.
I going to use that bonus for sure, are you putting up the bonuses by hand or it is being automatically added?

I just won big in poker, and when I tried to withdraw my account was locked.

The withdraw was cancelled too

How long does it take for support to resolve this?

Ok cool

It was won in high limit heads up so I can't see how they would accuse me of cheating

Hey Pokerwinna,

I'm sorry for your frustration while trying to withdraw your funds. Our withdrawals are typically processed very quickly but occasionally will require further review, which can take up to 24 hours typically. Feel free to PM me your account number and I can look into it further.

Thanks.
Alex
