Full Promo Details

7th and 8th, I guess your promo is too late for release, I just see it right now and the games were over...

The promo isn't late they just posted it late here(always check their blog first so you won't miss any promo). You can still get another chance in getting your free bet by betting on the 15th.

Correct. We'll often post our promo material multiple times throughout the lifespan of the promo. Our first post for this promo was on January 6th. Thanks!

You can bet on games for this week as well, as per the promo. For an updated schedule of games on offer, head over to https://nitrogensports.eu/sport/football/nfl.

Thanks!

Yep, they have NFL games on the 14th/15th that you can wager on. This looks like a pretty fun promo. I'll try my luck and see if I can manage to hit a 4-leg promo.

Do you have an estimate on how long this should last? Are we talking a matter of minutes, a matter of hours, or should we assume that we won't be able to log in all day?

Also, will this affect the poker room as well? Thanks.

Hi, we're looking at a matter of a few short hours starting at 8AM EST. This will also affect Poker, and we're planning on giving the tables enough notice so that there is minimal disruption. Thanks!

- Carlos.

Servers went down when I was playing poker, when I logged back on my account is short somewhere around .3 to .33. I emailed support but they said they don't see any errors which is untrue these are my last transactions.

As you can see I was never credited back the .1 from table Pueblo and the .2 from Hialeah.

Hi, we're back up and running now. We'll do our best on this side to look into the issue you're having. Could you email marketing@nitrogensports.eu? Thanks.

- Carlos.

emailed I was just credited the .2 from Hialeah don't know if someone manually fixed it or not and they just credited the other .1. Was it a server lag issue or did you guys have to manually fix that error?

For the NFL parlay promo, would a 4 leg NFL teaser count?

For the NFL parlay promo, would a 4 leg NFL teaser count?

I think no, it is only for parlay, they have teaser promo for NCAA, so they consider teaser is different from parlay

That's correct. Our teaser promos are distinct from our parlay ones, and the NFL Playoff promo is only for parlays.

Thanks!

Do you have your own poker room software or do you have a skin on a network?

They are using http://www.cubeia.com/ poker software and they are not sharing player base.

Played poker on 1/13 left the table but my balance never updated after I left the table so I'm down like $700 sent support tickets 15 mins after I left to tell them and they said everything is working right. Its been three days and no credit for the $700 that I had when I was playing at the table and left. So its like I left the table and my money was gone from that table.

It's been three days and support is saying everything is good on their end.
