For the free bet, am I correct in assuming that we need to spend money before obtaining the free bet? Your announcement says that a betslip must be created prior to posting on social media and receiving the free bet. This betslip would be coming from our own funds, correct? I just want to make sure that I don't do anything that I am not sure of. Furthermore, if the free bet were won, would there be any additional requirements to be able to withdraw the earnings from the bet once it is finalized? Thanks.

Any chance that you can increase the betting limits for the FIBA intercontinental games?

E.g. you can only bet 0.07 BTC on the Moneyline markets of all games. If you want to bet on Turkey (1.312 odds) or one
of the other favorites with low odds, this is really too low in my opinion.

Also heard in the chat the other day from a moderator/staff that you need to send request in a support ticket so to withdraw your balance from the site.
Is this true?
Cause if it is then it is a major draw back on your site's part as other sportsbook do no such thing!

In terms of withdrawals needing support tickets, you may have caught wind of special cases that needed review. Generally there is no pre-requisite for a support ticket to withdraw. According to our FAQ:

How long do withdraws take?
Withdraws are very fast in most cases. Sometimes our security might detect that your account has been hacked or accessed by a 3rd party in which case your withdraw may need a manual review. If you make an eSports bet on your account then a manual process of the withdraw is needed. Please allow 24 hours for any withdraw needing review. In rare cases, withdrawals could take upwards of 24 hours to be processed.
