doge might rise in long term. but I'm pretty sure it will have to survive a massive dump before. what we need are new shibes that trust and like the dogecoin. the pump&dump at the moment is extremely obvious (http://redd.it/1vudby), and this might cost some serious money. but once dogecoin stabilizes (whereever that might be), it might go up in the future. a fact is, it's a very likeable coin with a great community, but it's also a fact that it's been used lately by specualtors to earn a lot of BTC.

I would say a bit lower, we are only at block 67487, we are 2 weeks away from block reward reduction, so supply will be constant (high) until then.
After block 100000 then is 200 santoshi a reasonable level to expect (imo).

Edit: We also have to make at least one more hardfork to fix the potential of unlimited DOGE supply.
