Too many ico in these months, people are not interested in these kind of coins anymore. I think many are selling a lot of altcoins for ETH to enter in ICO and try to speculate with them.

The coins 'no one is interested in anymore' that have hit rock bottom are precisely the type of coins that can be easily accumulated and taken on a wild ride. Many people spend their days searching for a situation just like this. It's also sometimes considerably cheaper to buy similar alts that have bottomed with Doge instead of bitcoin. Also some may be thinking bitcoin seems to be stalling and may be due for a rest. If they buy Doge now, BTC tanks, and Doge soars, they'll be able to buy back a whole lot more BTC later. Don't worry, plenty of people who buy 'uninteresting' Doge will be happy to sell it to you when it has gotten your attention. =)
