Workflow in my app is as follows:

1. user A uploads DOGE coins and creates transaction for user B
2. user B receives an email and pays via PayPal directly to user A
3. system transfers deposited funds to user B
4. user B withdraws DOGE coins

it is entirely possible to test the service making tiny transactions.

The article isn't very good (which is sad since the site is very reputable in Germany) but I was shocked they did a rather positive article on this upcoming coin, also the "jokecoins" like Dogecoin don't get any hate and some BBC guy told them about scamcoins.
