Hello Faneagle, you are currently playing on the 10 free credits which unless you win a tournament, sitngo, or play the allotted time to release the bonus, you cannot withdraw.  The free credits are not put in place to play 15 minutes and then withdraw.  They are to give you an experience of the website and if you win and meet the requirements they are free to withdraw anytime.

Hello sleestakarmy...in no way does our system "crash". Your deposit was instant and was in your account instantly.  Perhaps it was your computer that crashed?  We also did not receive an email from you as you would have heard from us instantly via email. 

We have already looked at your account and see the btc there, please confirm. 

I did get an email.  And i did reply with a screenshot of my empty balance AND the error screen when i click 'wallet' from a game.  That's not a very good sign.

The reason you are getting this error is because the casino is not fully functional, but will be hopefully by Tuesday.  We purposely do not want deposits made directly to the casino for this reason, however you can play for fun.  We explained that very clearly in the initial press release, our blog and in the bitcoin talk forum.  Hence the reason why this is the first time we are hearing about this issue, but we have been well aware of it.  Thank you Bobcat.
