i deposited via the poker client and played a little in the casino. I did withdraw my initial deposit and winnings, but i didnt receive coins yet. I thought withdraws are instant. no big deal as i have never had a problem receiving withdraw, I am just looking for clarification regarding instant withdraws.

i dont think instant withdraws is good for the poker side players could just cheat or collude to get chips and just insta cashout with no chance to get them back. and what if you review the hands and they cheated are you guys gonna refund out of your own pockets? just wondering because i just had 2 players try and cheat me but i didnt play them because i knew they where cheaters that were supposed to be banned already i thought u said they were cutoff?

Why don't you start mentioning the "alleged" ( leave them the benefit of the doubt) cheaters and/or colluders and/or multiaccounters to either:

- warn other loyal players about their "suspicious" activities
and
- allow them to reply here if they fancy

Betcoin is a site I really like to play and their staff is doing an incredible effort, they are always giving a lot of attention to their customers and I appreciate it very much.
I really don't want to see their reputation ruined by some lowlife dumbasses: think it's time to expose them out.

Our collusion department is certainly working to eradicate any and all colluders or cheaters of any type and we will be very vigilant about it.  We should also point out that there are a variety of checks in place with regard to instant withdrawals including cutting suspected colluders and cheaters out of this feature one by one and making their withdrawals manual and then disabling them from withdrawing all together.  We appreciate everybody's feedback and help in spotting cheaters and we will take decisive action. 

If someone explaines me how to attach screenshots to my posts I may clearly confirm what grinanbearit just posted.

I logged in few minutes ago and saw six of the nicknames mentioned in above post   registering and finishing two "400GTS satellites - On Demand" tournaments (where minimum players is set at six) in the time of a couple of hands (to reduce at the minimum the risk of someone lateregistering in it) just by shoving everyone first hand (and a second hand if two or more players survuved the first).

You can verufy this just by checking handhistories of above mentioned tournaments with Date and Time sat at 13:49 and 13:54 (they both finished at first blind level and I witnessed the second one ending in two hands).


So in a few minutes he had two of his accounts entered to the 400 GTD.
Take in consideration I only stayed logged in for about than 5 minutes and dunno what happened first and after.
