Just realized something else: the rake for heads up (at least for limit) is waaay too much.  28 pot was raked 1 chip... for heads up that is a lot.

which is why it is hard to get a game going....

I just lost 300 chips in a heads up match that lasted pretty long... and my opponent barely won anything!

They definitely stack therefore a player can earn 50% rakeback by being first in both.  We are working on the next implementation which will take stakes into account and should be available by late next week.  We will continue to add, change, improve - get the improvements out and then innovate on top of them.  Thank you for your feedback.
