0. Go to SEPA deposit section. What are you doing at the international deposit page? Get outta there! You want to go to SEPA for EURO transfers.
I don't want SEPA for euro (Bitstamp's bank EUR-> USD exchange rates are a robbery). I want international transfer -
I am sending USD, not EUR!1. Enter name and ANY amount. Note that it should be in EUR. It will take you to the next page, with the bank details.
2. Complete those bank details in your online banking site payment form. The online banking software should let you know exactly what the costs will be. Send the payment
No problem here although it should not be in EUR (I am sending USD) and the software will not tell me exactly what the costs will be.
3. Back to Bitstamp. Cancel the deposit from step one.
Cancel? Couldn't Stamp make it more complicated to accept funds?
4. Create a new deposit. This time add the correct EUR amount (without the fees, obviously, that your bank takes).
Create a new deposit? Who devised all this?
