Here's what you need to do.
0. Go to SEPA deposit section. What are you doing at the international deposit page? Get outta there! You want to go to SEPA for EURO transfers.
1. Enter name and ANY amount. Note that it should be in EUR. It will take you to the next page, with the bank details.
2. Complete those bank details in your online banking site payment form. The online banking software should let you know exactly what the costs will be. Send the payment.
3. Back to Bitstamp. Cancel the deposit from step one.
4. Create a new deposit. This time add the correct EUR amount (without the fees, obviously, that your bank takes).
5. Wait ~24h

Lookiz, do what you feel. I tried helping you. This is the way I do it, i live in EUR zone. I'm transferring EUR via SEPA (to be converted in USD by Bitstamp), and the steps I detailed are exactly how I do it.

I'm not Stamp's customer support. I tried helping "Daddy Loozik" because it appears I had a little more time than I needed.

Blame governments for that, not bitcoin.

Also, bitcoin.de has a 5 bitcoin limit for non identified users.

My mom sent them KYC info some time in early to mid November. Then she wired them $5,000 USD using international wire some time I think on the 15th of November. Bitstamp asked for more KYC info a week later, which has been submitted. It's going on week 4 now without the money showing up in her account

Update again - guys, I finally received the wire.  I wanted to be fair to bitstamp and not just leave any uncertainty hanging in the air.  Although I had somewhat panicked at first, things worked out in the end.

the transactions API only supports the past hour.

Any comment on the Slovenia banking troubles? Should I be worried about my dollars on Bitstamp?
