What is "the device" referring to?
Smart Phone, Tablet, Laptop, Desktop computer, etc.
If I go to the url you supplied, I see:
"Check the status of your bets.
Enter Bet ID :
Your Bet ID is the Bitcoin, Litecoin or Dogecoin address where you sent the bet to.
Alternatively, you can enter the coin transaction ID of your bet transfer."
Below that you should see "Recent Bets" with the list of your 30 most recent bets.
Since we don't have "Accounts" at DirectBet, we can only store and show there the history of bets that you placed from the current device that you're using.
If you don't see any bet history there then you probably placed your bets from another device, or cookies are not enabled in your web browser.I placed them from the same device.
Cookies are enabled. However, I clear them several times a week.
You yourself have suggested clearing cookies in the past I believe when there have been problems.
Once again, if you set up that page so it can be linked from the email address we use, that would be helpful.
Otherwise, it is useless for anyone who clears cookies.
