No, I agree with you on this.  I like aigeezer's suggestion to get charities to accept dark and go from there.  Anyone interested in supporting a charity can then donate or speak up for them for donations in the forums.  I think that would be best.

Also, I don't think it matters so much what Darkcoin's name is.  Look at Bitcoin.  It's got a very benign name, yet it's maligned by the media.  On the other hand, it's winning   I think father Bitcoin will be paving the way for Darkcoin to have an easier time actually.

The domain name is worth nothing more then you payed for it to register,the domain is not used on a developed site with original content,it does not have backlinks,it does not deliver anything in the eye's of google to rank your site in the search engine.
Get over it dude,if you dont develop your site and rank it on the first page on google with content that realy makes it stand out of the rest of the site's you will never ever gonna get 10k DRK!The keyword in your domain name does not matter much as it used to be,google has changed there algorithem a couple times the past years.People need to stop thinking that if they got a domain name registerd that they can make lost of cash right away by selling it,those days are long gone my friend.

Ask any charity organization you have donated to for a detailed summary of usage of all the donations from the last year. You would be surprised ... And also check some law rules they have to comply with. Most of the money does not end where you thought it will end.
As with everything, follow the money, check who is the 'creator' of such organizations and who benefits...
