this is not an explanation really it is just an excuse. the fact of the matter is that they suddenly decided to change their rules without giving their users notice first.
if i knew they are going to enforce this kind of verification on me i would have withdrawn my money from there. now it is stuck!
Its also full of bullshit.
They did ban people on slack for asking awkward questions. They banned me and I watched them ban others while it happened.
0.1% of accounts affected, they have a whole team working on it. Then why the fuck is it that 7 days later the majority of people still seem to be fucked.
What happens if you dont trust them and their unknown I.D verifying 3rd party enough to send all your important I.D and a selfie - how are they planning on returning your funds as you disagree with the terms? Are they just going to steal everyone's money?
Why are they still allowing unlimited deposits to unverified accounts then block withdrawals?
