"Tradional banking tools are not widely used in the Middle East and African Region"  okey so this caught my attention and i wonder what are this tools that are not been exploited by the banking system in this part of the world, at least i know that from my own part of Africa, different banking tools are now available to customers for more easy day to day transactions,
But it seems MenaPay has more interesting services to offer and i would love to hear more of it.

Why isn't that a sufficient plan in the beginning to focus on areas where the service you provide solves problems and makes most sense?

That is not only the recommended strategy for this project, but for any project. People who are rich and are located in the west don't need this stuff. They will only realize at a later point in time what the true value of decentralization is.

By the way is this going to be anonymous at some point? If it's meant to be better than cash, then I guess it should also be anonymous.
