MenaPay has signed an agreement with Handy Cafe which has a 20.000 point in the Middle East. Thanks to this new deal, Internet Cafes become a MenaCash Exchange Point and they will have a new revenue model for their existing business.

I am happy to hear this information and hopefully the IEO target will be approved by the desired one, and I have a few questions about the IEO, on which exchange will the IEO be done?

This seems to be getting more popular way to collect money now... Is there any reason for this? Like is it legally easier then just a normal ico?

The MenaPay team is considering an IEO (Initial Exchange Offering) instead of the regular ICO.

In order to have a healthy financial management, menapay will keep the funds in USD, Euro, Yuan, Gold, Bitcoin and Ethereum.

We would still list on one of the top ten exchanges.
