^Its very hard to answer all the complaints one by one on public channel. Maybe they are just verifying the errors and solving at one go before they release official statement.
How long does this issue occur? Im not aware of this since I rarely pay attention with rakeback on this casino due to my low betting activity here.
Happened to me yesterday as well actually, I also posted about it.
Issue was around 27 hours ago (for me) and nothing happened since then.

They made a maintenance after it happened and marked it as "resolved". Obviously many people are still missing their funds so it's far from being that.
Support is no help, as usual and I have also seen a lot of complaints of like 3 digits amounts that disappeared from the vault when transferring, that's very alarming.
I am just missing around 13$ but it is still annoying to chase after it, especially when they want me to prove there was an error.

Very disappointed how they handled this one to be honest. The whole "no info about anything" problem is very obvious at bc. Sometimes I feel they think problems just go away the longer you ignore them. That's not how it works though.

If they don't fix that issue with the terrible support asap this might bite them in the axx some day.
