Don't know if we ever had the subject but 1 thing really bothers me at BC, and that's how the "recharge works".
It's basically the same as the reload at stk but slightly different. You get it from gold VIP so i don't know how many people here actually have it.
At stk when you get the reload you can claim the first 1 instantly and then every day/hour/10min, whatever you choose and prefer.
On BC on the other hand you have to wait 1 day/hour/10min to claim your first recharge, which is totally brainless because if you choose daily you cannot claim 7 days. It is impossible because the period ends exactly 7 days after activation.
I always have to claim 6 days, then switch to hourly (which is really useless) to be able to claim a part of the rest.
Why would they do it that way, didn't they think this through? I mean if you copy some other site's bonus at least copy it right.

if the match ended 1-1 full time then the 7 odds for a direct won't be a success because the 2x1 pick is just for the 90mins+ additional minutes to seal the game and any goal scored during the extra 30 of play is not actually counted so in the case of this England game, I think the odd that played would be X odd which is approximately 3.2 odd as of that time england was trailing by a goal down.

1x2 means that the team has to win in regular time. Considering England were only able to get a goal to draw the match in regular time, the bet would've lost. A more better market would be the "To qualify" market. This way, even if they don't win in regular time but do so in extra time or penalties, then it is a winning bet.

If England had put in reasonable amount of efforts at the start of the second half, they would've won it long before the game approached 90". I have avoided placing bets on England and France in the Euros so far.

I think it's hard for regular users to help you with this.
You can only try to contact the regular support on the website but since this support is really slow and weak ( only sending draft replies ) I wouldn't count on that.
Alternatively you can also open a support ticket on their discord, maybe this way might be more successful.
Just enter their discord server ( https://discord.com/invite/xqUMQesZQq ) and then go to support on the bottom left corner and create a ticket. Might also take some time though.

It is always an unpleasant experience, especially if it happens suddenly and without any warning. Obviously, something happened that caused such a situation, but I advise you to be patient and to try their Discord first, and then to send a PM to their official representative on the forum (see OP in this topic). I hope you will get access to your account as soon as possible.

Addressing it on telegram won’t make any sense since this is just an information tool, not more and not less.
Only way is the kind of useless life support and discord. Maybe the BC rep here can also things forward but anything else is pretty much a lost cause, trust me.

2x1 means there will have 3 terms. Team A win, team B win, Draw and this should be happen within the fixed time. For football, it should happen within the required time (90 minutes including waste time) but if it is included with extra time then the time will be included the time after 90 minutes even it can be happen for penalties.
