As mentioned, it's a situation with whole different entity, I can understand that my contact is trying hard and still ended up with a big NO from those entity.

p.p.s: not trying to give you hope, so don't hold your breath, but maybe... the provider will reconsider and increase the wagering limit they imposed on your account if you show an improvement from the previous bad betting pattern [assuming the ban is successfully lifted, of course]

I don’t think the ban will remain forever, although I read that this user was ban due to some suspicious activity that was being done in his account and his betting pattern wasn’t really okay, thus the ban. I am sure that the ban will get lifted but just as the other similar cases I have seen in the past for other gambling sites  as well he won’t be able to bet as much as he was able to do in the past - they’ll limit the amount he can stake on a single game just to make sure he doesn’t do too much harm to their wallet.
