I still torn though, as Memphis is a big favorite going into this fight and I was thinking that Morant is going to play. I haven't bet, probably might make my decision game time to see if Morant is indeed playing.
Dallas was a +5.5 underdog against Sacramento, so this current line isn't surprising. Even if Ja Morant sits, I don't expect major line movement ..
Memphis will likely open around -3.5 as the home team.
As for Dallas, even though they have the advantage in the middle, still depends on how consistent their big and also Klay Thompson. Klay have a good game the last time against the Kings, but can he sustained it against the Memphis?
Thompson was indeed crucial, but Memphis' defensive limitations mean he'll likely still operate effectively. While he may not replicate those numbers exactly, but the team will effectively adjust for sure as they are not reliant on Thompson a lot for their offense.
