Don't be fooled by the performance in their own national league. Many teams play badly in the league and much better in the EL or UCL. The best example of this is Villareal, they are 7th in La Liga but in the quarterfinals. Frankfurt has very good chances against West Ham and I would even bet on the Germans.

You do have to give credit to Moyes -- I know he's no one's favourite guy but if you're not a club expected to go fight in Europe and will never have the budget to do this (I say this because of Newcastle and the random money any club can appear to enter into suddenly), he's your guy. I still feel slightly disappointed in their league position but to actually say that means how far he's somehow taken them. I still don't rate them in Europa though and that's no disrespect to them. UCL, Europa, they need experience in continental competition. Frankfurt surely has more nous, Rangers will feel hungrier (or angrier for likely losing the Scottish title defence...).

I also believe that Westham is better prepared for the competition because they are facing bigger teams like Manchester City, Manchester United, Chelsea, Liverpool and also many other teams that are really good. They are playing against these teams quite often.

So, they should know better what will work against their opponent in the Europa League and they should also have better tactics and play style. But, another thing is this is the reason why the expectation is higher from them and I hope they don't feel pressurized.

The most probable finale would be between West Ham and Leipzig. And it would be really difficult to predict which one of them would make it to the title. My favourite team among the remaining ones are West Ham now. They don't have much chance to qualify for the Champions League considering their position in the English Premier League now. Because of that, the Europa League title is like their only way of making it to the Champions League groups directly. And I think that they are the most likely team to achieve this goal now. They just need to keep their head down and fight with all they have got.

The problem is that for now, there are still many who think they are here just because of luck, even though if you look at it, it's not that simple.
Their strategy is good and this is proof they are focused on being in the Europa League this season.

I'm waiting for United in the Conference League  It will be cool that such a great club competes in such a dubious competition. I would say a better team losing to worse team is not really a "unnatural thing" in football. Yes Barcelona was the better team for sure but at the same time we are talking about something that happens in football. Like Bayern losing wasn't something people expected neither, that was "unnatural" for the same logic as well but that didn't really changed the fact that they are now gone.

If something "unnatural" happened so frequently then we shouldn't really be shocked. This is why I believe that Barcelona losing was definitely not expected but also not something that would have been a big problem at all. We just need to realize that sometimes better teams lose.

Wolverhampton are 5 points behind (although they have a game in hand) and West Ham are two points behind, so United's position is solid  I have already decided for myself not to waste my nerves and not hope for anything in relation to United, but it will be interesting if, after 7 years, United regain the Europa League title. If I'm not mistaken, Ronaldo doesn't have it yet.
