But before that, I want to ask some question. The payment for a Hero Member, Its really 300$/Month or 300$ : 12 Member ?

I have same question. $300 per month is for 50 posts in total. So, if payments depends on posts, the spreadsheet actually does not show correct figures too. 27 posts (eligible, not total posts) and $87 paid for participant. Can GOLD team or GOLD manager explains about that, please.

The payment is 300$/month for member. In the spreadsheet the payment is different because all users joined bounty in different time. Payment and posts were proportional to the day the user joined the bounty campaign.
