I am listening to Skip Bayless. He is a genius hehehe.

Seriously speaking, it is true, the Eagles have been playing like they will be the winners of the superbowl for this season, however, it is my own opinion that they have not been tested. Will it be 49ers' defense that might test them? I am not certain, however, what we know is San Francisco allowed the fewest points against them per game this season. Also, if Eagles win, it might not beat -2.5 spread.

This is not regurgitating. I do not know what those people from ESPN are saying, they might be hyping the Eagles for their performances on the regular season and against the Giants.

If the Niners can some how win it all (which I think the champion is going to be either Cincy or KC), they are going to look like geniuses for going out and getting McCaffrey.  That guy has been such a versatile weapons for them since he arrived.  I think it was game 2 when he had that pass, run and receiving TD..ridiculous.

You're right though defense often wins championships..but Burrow and Mahomes got other plans (assuming they get past Philly)

Two of the 49ers' four losses this season have come against dual-threat QBs, QBs who can run the ball well: Fields in Week 1 and Mariota in Week 6. I know it was early in the season and under different circumstances, but still... The 49ers have the league's best run defense, but they'll have their hands full with Hurts' ability to run and his designed Redzone runs, which are difficult to defend/scheme against.

I also like AJ Brown's matchup against the 49ers' secondary, which i believe is their weakest link. Metcalf played well on the outside in the wild-card game.

Purdy vs. Eagles pass rush is also something to watch, Cowboys' defense was Purdy's first real test, and despite not throwing a touchdown, he didn't give the ball away either, no turnovers. The Eagles' pass rush ranks second in pressure rate and first in sacks, making this another difficult matchup for him.

I got the Eagles and Bengals making it to the owl. Excited to watch both games...

Agreed, but do you not think or speculate that Kyle Shanahan has created a plan for AJ Brown already? Shanahan can be argued as being the best game planners of all the head coaches presently active in the NFL.

Good luck chi I have the same bets.  Haven't been able to watch the first half of the eagles game yet been out and about what happened to purdy?? Why did Josh johnsonco.e in?  With that being said has any team ever made it to the superbowl with theor 3rd string qb lol.  Hoping Josh can come through in the second half.  Gonna a need the 9ers d to step up and get a to or 2.

4th string atm.

I'm in the money...I'm in the money!

Looks like I can retire now!

I need to frame that screenshot of McCaffrey with the QB play-call wristband on the sidelines.

For the sake of watching good football let's hope Mahomes' ankle is okay, back to back bad conference championship games will be too much considering how good these were last year...

Too funny.  Feel bad for San Fran on this one but it is what it is.  That afc conference game was awesome down to the end even though it had a flavor of the nfl/refs wanting kc to win this one.  I imagine this isn't the last afc conference championship between these 2.
